Just reading about the Vancouver Tool Library, realizing it's a brilliant idea and one I've contemplated before in other contexts. But how exactly do you start up an organization and resource like this? Where is the network and real estate for such an an endeavor? Perhaps some background research. Maybe this can turn into an article? Or a real thing! Anyone up for making this happen?

For anyone else that is stuck without access to an old email this was the solution blogger.com/legacy-claim.g, which allowed me to rolled through some of my classic logins and passwords more easily than http://www.blogger.com/forgot.g, where everything else pointed me to. Good luck!
